Norton Hall, our care home in Worcester, is registered to provide accommodation with personal care including nursing. Norton Hall always has a registered nurse on duty and can take residents who are in receipt of funded nursing care and continuing healthcare funding. Our team of nurses supported by our care staff can meet the needs of clients who need:
- Long term support, care and treatment for complex long term medical conditions such as Stroke, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Huntingdon’s Chorea.
- Support, care and treatment to heal pressure sores
- End of life and palliative care
- Re-ablement care and treatment after a period of time in hospital
- Rehabilitation and Recovery time between hospital and home after treatment in hospital for a fracture or condition limiting mobility or independence
- Respite care where the persons care needs require nursing support in addition to personal care
